I am sure that each of you has been asking yourself where to buy quality Korean cosmetics in Ukraine and not fall into the trap of marketing consultancies at least once. To be honest, I have been repeatedly flogged with the “Korean” brands, but the result was not always desirable.
Over the past year, I have tried many decorative cosmetics and skincare products. Based on my experience, I want to highlight a few Korean cosmetics.
1 – Missha M Perfect Cover BB Cream Bright Beige SPF42 / PA +++ №13
I had problems with choosing the proper foundation since school. One turns yellow, the other isn’t full coverage, or it even causes cakiness on the skin. Fortunately, bb-cream improved the situation and made me fall in love with it at first sight. The light texture allows you to keep makeup for as long as possible and creates a healthy, shiny finish. And most importantly – a shade for everyone!
2 – A’pieu Color Lip Stain Matte Fluid RD03
A’pieu tint not only plays a final role in makeup but also adds confidence. The lips will not become dry, and the tint has a long-lasting effect with a matte texture – a nice bonus – the taste of wine on the lips.
3 – A’pieu Shaping Brow Gel Kit
Many girls find it more convenient to use gel or pencil for eyebrows. You should pay attention to the shadows Shaping Brow Gel Kit for a natural effect. Firstly, the product will last for more than a year; secondly, valuable argan and coconut oils saturate the eyebrows and skin with beneficial microelements and hydrate them.
4 – Missha The Original Tension Pact Perfect Cover SPF37 / PA ++ №13
If you are constantly in hasty timing but want to look perfect, replacing the foundation with a cushion will be a good idea. I bought “The Original Tension Pact Perfect Cover with SPF37” because I enjoy the way skin looks like porcelain. But it always comes with a hitch. You should keep it ready at hand if you want to avoid streaks under the eyes or in problem areas.
5 – Missha Misa Yei Hyun Set (toner, emulsion, eye cream)
This one is my favorite cosmetic product for moisturizing the skin. This successful line from Missha has collected a lot of positive feedback from not only Korean women but also Ukrainian. The set is anti-aging, so I bought it for my mother (but sometimes I use it myself).
6 – Scinic Deep Cleansing Foam
I rarely pay attention to ‘Korean’ products at the stores like Eva or Watsons, but this foam convinced me. This foam is “no-name” in Korea, if I’m not mistaken. But it did its job well. It cleaned my skin without any problems: my face feels so lovely and even creaks after.
7 – Missha Super Aqua Watery Cleansing Oil
Let me remind you again that the most crucial thing in skin care is cleansing. I was recommended the cleansing oil from Super Aqua, and it contains blue lotus and pomegranate extracts and sea buckthorn oil. The cleansing oil smells like lovely flowers and does its job perfectly. After using oil, you should use cleansing foam, and I also preferred one from Missha.
Tip: I highly advise you to take a skin test. Knowing the results will help you avoid unknown rashes and save your money.
8 – Missha All Fixing Skinny Mascara Clear Long
Miniature mascara is suitable for thinner eyelashes similar to those Korean women have. There are no lumps on the eyelashes, and the mascara makes them curly. There is also a solid waterproof formula.
9 – Missha Modern Shadow Dance Dress
As a bonus for you, I share my favorite shadows from Missha. I never liked the texture of my mother’s shadows, as they seemed either too cold or too dark, so I didn’t comprehend the shadows’ role in makeup. But as soon as I saw those bright and shiny shadows, I realized that it was worth trying! I bet you will never guess how many friends have asked me about them, and guys have paid compliments.
At the end of the selection, I have to introduce you to the Korean application in the cosmetics rating 화해 (hwahae), where Korean women leave their sincere feedback.
I once had an interview about Korean cosmetics. Some people say that Korean cosmetics are only suitable for Koreans; others reckon that their marketing is at a high level. I must emphasize that Korean cosmetics are excellent. However, if you want to see the results, you need to pay extra attention to an individual selection of goods and proper cleansing and moisturizing stages. Read reviews, watch reviews of Korean women on YouTube and prioritize skincare over disguising imperfections.
